Responsibilities

Plan and schedule preventive, total productive maintenance (TPM), and corrective work orders
Track maintenance KPIs and equipment uptime metrics
Verify and close completed work orders
Maintain equipment parts lists, inventory levels, and equipment history
Determine material requirements and coordinate material flow
Match purchase orders to receipts and maintain accurate records
Submit supply requisitions and obtain competitive vendor quotes
Prepare and process purchase orders
Track costs and seek opportunities for savings and improved contract terms
Collaborate with operations, purchasing, logistics, and suppliers
Support integrated processes to improve maintenance and supply chain efficiency
Communicate effectively across all departments
Maintain daily budget tracking and cost documentation
Manage P-Card reporting
Organize and manage maintenance documentation with minimal supervision

Required

Experience as a maintenance technician
Proficiency in maintenance scheduling software and CMMS
Understanding of industrial maintenance, including preventive and predictive maintenance
Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, mechanical maintenance, conveyors, and welding
Experience with purchase orders and buyer experience
Strong analytical skills and experience tracking KPIs

Preferred

Experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance environments
Experience working with multiple departments
Proficiency in computer and paperwork management
Previous experience in ordering and procurement
