Business Blueprint Sales Activation Account Manager

Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls to warm leads while effectively managing a book of business
Consistently meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and daily KPIs in a fast-paced, goal driven environment
Maintain strict adherence to compliance standards, ensuring all sales activities align with regulatory and company guidelines
Develop expertise in the SMB landscape, understanding cash flow trends and providing consultative guidance to business owners
Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to track customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-up opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer and colleague experience

Required

Proven success in a fast-paced telephone sales environment making a high number of outbound calls daily
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and commitment to ethical sales practices
Capability to address customer concerns and offer effective solutions with strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business owners
Skilled in using online tools CRM Platforms (Salesforce preferred)

Preferred

2+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced telephone sales environment preferred
Familiarity with business credit, lending, or banking products
