Responsibilities
Join a fast-growing Customer Success team in builder mode
Own SMB customer onboarding from kickoff through go-live, following defined onboarding paths and timelines
Guide customers through product setup, basic configuration, and core workflows to drive early adoption
Manage multiple onboarding sessions simultaneously while delivering a high-quality, responsive customer experience
Partner closely with Sales to ensure smooth handoffs and clear alignment on customer goals and use cases
Identify onboarding risks early and proactively communicate next steps to customers and internal teams
Contribute to onboarding documentation, templates, and enablement materials to improve consistency and speed-to-value
Support seamless transitions from onboarding to Customer Success or scaled support teams
Qualification
Required
0–3 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, implementation, support, or a related customer-facing role within a SaaS or technology-enabled company
Open to new graduates with startup, founder, or early-employee experience (e.g., startup competitions)
Strong indicators of raw intelligence and achievement (e.g., high attainment, rigorous academic environments)
Detail-oriented with a strong ownership mindset and a nothing-drops approach
Clear, confident communicator able to explain technical or product concepts simply
Demonstrated accountability, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Leadership experience in competitive sports or high-responsibility hospitality/service roles is a plus
