Responsibilities
Manage and supervise temporary warehouse workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Provide training and orientation for new temporary employees on safety and job procedures
Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity and accuracy
Assist with inventory control, including stock organization and accuracy checks
Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed by temporary staff
Address any issues or conflicts that arise among temporary workers or with tasks
Qualification
Required
GED / High School Diploma
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
Preferred
Shift Supervisor experience preferred
Managing experience preferred
Forklifting experience also a plus in a warehouse setting
