Responsibilities
Provide strategic and hands-on leadership across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and facilities operations
Drive operational efficiency, capacity planning, and continuous improvement to support commercial growth
Ensure full compliance with GMP, FDA, and quality standards while maintaining a strong safety culture
Partner with commercial, technical, and customer-facing teams to support new product launches and customer onboarding
Lead capital investment planning and long-term operational strategy to enable scalable growth
Build, develop, and retain a high-performing operations leadership team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
7+ years of progressive operations leadership experience within nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, food manufacturing, or pharmaceutical/CMO environments
Strong understanding of GMP manufacturing, quality systems, and regulatory compliance
Proven track record leading cross-functional operations teams and scaling manufacturing capacity
Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational KPIs
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
