Responsibilities
Provide support for the implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of all IT systems in a Windows and Linux environment
Support will include day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem-solving resolutions for the customer’s systems
Configure, manage and install/load operating system software while continually troubleshooting, maintaining integrity, configuring network components, and implementing operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performance

Required
Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with an active polygraph. Both the clearance and polygraph need to be fully adjudicated. Interim clearances will not be accepted
U.S. Citizenship is required to comply with government contracts
