Responsibilities

Develop and nurture relationships with key end-user accounts focusing on demand creation for products and solutions
Understand the unique needs of each account and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth
Regularly assess account performance and identify opportunities to expand product and service offerings
Create and execute comprehensive sales plans annually, aligned with organizational objectives
Collaborate with inside, outside, and third-party sales resources to develop and implement sales strategies
Identify new market opportunities and recommend innovative approaches to penetrate untapped segments
Drive key client sales through existing distributor network when appropriate, identifying new end users and/or value-added resellers
Define, measure, and report on sales KPIs, pipeline development, and partner performance

Required

Technical experience and knowledge in Optic Transceivers and High-Speed Cables in Data Center AI/HPC environment applications
Appropriate product knowledge and ability to learn new products and technology quickly and easily
Proven track record in key account management
5-7 years of experience in sales or account management
Willingness to travel 10% based on business needs

Preferred

Knowledge of CRM usage or other sales management tool is preferred but not required
Bachelor's degree in Sales or a related field strongly preferred
