$17/hr - $19/hrSIXT Rent a Car, a proud member of the Tom Wood Group, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our full-time team at the Cincinnati Airport location. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, problem-solving, and thriving in a fast-paced environment while delivering a seamless rental experience.
Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist with the rental process
Process reservations, modifications, and vehicle returns
Educate customers on rental terms, vehicle features, insurance options, and available upgrades
Conduct vehicle walk arounds before and after rentals to document vehicle condition
Resolve customer questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism
Coordinate with operations to ensure vehicle availability and efficient workflow
Maintain a clean and organized counter/work area
Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude with a professional and courteous demeanor
Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Preferred
Prior customer service experience preferred (hospitality, retail, or automotive a plus)
