You’ll play a key role bridging design and construction teams, supporting Design-Build and CMGC projects, and ensuring constructability, accuracy, and efficiency from preconstruction through execution.

Responsibilities
Analyze project plans and specifications for accuracy and constructability
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and verify site conditions
Develop and manage 3D models for preconstruction planning
Collaborate with owners, designers, and internal teams to resolve design challenges
Assist with proposals, bid documents, and construction schedules
Manage RFIs, submittals, and contract documentation
Conduct constructability reviews and provide design clarifications
Support project layout and survey activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
1+ year of experience in highway or heavy civil construction
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Bluebeam, Trimble Business Center/Siteworks/Earthworks, AGTEK, and Civil 3D
Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail
Self-motivated, positive attitude; able to work collaboratively
Valid driver's license required
