Temporary Research Assistant
Brigham and Women's Hospital is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to advancing patient care, research, teaching, and community service. They are seeking a Temporary Research Assistant to collect and code data, assist with basic research experiments, and maintain a clean lab environment under the supervision of a Principal Investigator.

Responsibilities
Collects and codes data
Transfers collected data to code sheets
Prepares data for keypunching / computer input
Documents system changes, informing supervisor of conflicts between coding methods and protocol
Prepares written reports on data, as appropriate
Performs basic research experiments
Assists with analysis of experimental data using basic statistical methods
Performs literature searches
Assists with maintenance of a clean and orderly lab
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program 0-1 year required
Math, statistics, or programming background of coursework 0-1 year preferred
Basic Computer literacy
Attention to Detail
Good Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Good Customer service skills
