Responsibilities
Entity management & governance support — maintain subsidiary records, track compliance calendars, and prepare routine filings (e.g., annual reports), including organizing board/committee materials and drafting basic minutes or certifications with supervision
Corporate filings & registered agent correspondence — assemble standard forms, coordinate signatures (including e‑sign), and organize acknowledgments
Research & memos — conduct targeted legal research on corporate housekeeping requirements, privacy topics, or policy questions; summarize findings for attorney review
Operational excellence — build checklists/SOPs, improve trackers, and contribute to process documentation that enhances accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
Policy adherence — follow company policies (EEO, anti‑corruption, confidentiality/invention, privacy) and support a respectful, inclusive workplace
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Paralegal Certificate, Associate's, or Bachelor's with legal studies coursework
Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and professional verbal and written communication
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and SharePoint/OneDrive; ability to learn matter management or entity systems

Unofficial transcript or list of relevant courses
