Responsibilities
Own and manage a digital servicing platform backlog by ensuring incoming requests are properly funded, strategically aligned, and clearly defined before entering delivery
Partner closely and continuously with engineering teams to validate feasibility, dependencies, and technical approach early in the lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution and reducing rework
Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria, collaborating with technology partners to ensure shared understanding
Maintain full transparency into work through accurate backlog management, prioritization, and status tracking to support predictable planning and execution
Qualification
Required
Experience in a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or similar role within a technology or platform-focused environment
Demonstrated ability to manage and groom backlogs, write high-quality user stories, and partner effectively with engineering teams in an Agile environment
Preferred
Experience working on digital servicing, self-service, or platform-based products in a large, matrixed organization
Familiarity with Agile or SAFe methodologies and common Product Owner tools for backlog management, documentation, and visual collaboration; experience with data analysis or reporting tools is a plus
Demonstrated experience driving cross-functional alignment and managing dependencies across teams
