This role involves managing day-to-day operations on projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities
Lead all field operations, including layout, scheduling, coordination, and supervision of subcontractors
Maintain daily logs, weekly progress reports, and other project documentation in Procore
Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets; proactively address delays or cost issues
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control reviews
Manage safety compliance, toolbox talks, and accident/incident reporting
Coordinate inspections, permitting, and approvals with local authorities and clients
Review and verify submittals, shop drawings, and as-built documentation
Collaborate with project management team to address RFIs, change orders, and project clarifications
Maintain open communication with project team, subcontractors, and clients
Oversee project closeout, including final inspections, punch lists, and turnover of permits and documentation
Qualification
Required
8+ years of commercial construction experience (hospitality experience a plus)
Strong job tenure (no job hoppers)
Proven ability to maintain schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with project teams and subcontractors
Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software
Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the US
Experience leading projects $5M+
