Responsibilities
Prepare project specifications, reports, and complete design documents
Conduct design analysis, impact studies, cost evaluations, and site selection reviews
Design projects, systems, components, and processes from concept to completion
Perform quality control reviews and field observations on active construction sites
Provide technical guidance and assign tasks to junior and support staff
Lead small teams within multidisciplinary project environments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure or transportation projects
Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations
Proficiency in engineering production software and construction document preparation
Passion for problem-solving and delivering innovative engineering solutions
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders
