Field Administrator

They are seeking a Field Administrator to provide administrative project support for construction projects at Naval Station Mayport, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

Processing certified payroll
Managing project vendors
Coordinating meetings
Maintaining project document control
Processing base access requests
Requisitioning tier insurance
Onsite facility management
Preparing agendas and meeting minutes
Qualification
Required
Two or more years in an administrative role
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.) required
Ability to adapt quickly to new software and tools
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Excellent communication abilities
Customer-focused
Detail-oriented
Organized individual who easily and eagerly balances multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in processing certified payroll
Experience in managing project vendors
Experience in coordinating meetings
Experience in maintaining project document control
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and judgment
Ability to provide compliance support to multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Evidence of identity and U.S. work authorization at the time of hire
Successful completion of a drug screening and commercial criminal background check
Preferred
Specific software literacy (Oracle, Bluebeam Revu, LCP Tracker)
Accounting or Certified payroll experience
Prior exposure to the construction industry
Fluency in Spanish
