Responsibilities
Inspect, maintain, and repair heavy-duty equipment such as directional drills, trenchers, brush chippers, excavators, aerial lifts, and more
Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues using computerized tools
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs using hand and power tools
Clean, lubricate, test, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety
Complete service tickets and documentation in a timely and accurate manner
Communicate repair status with customers and collaborate with fellow technicians as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Hands-on experience with electrical and hydraulic systems
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and time management skills
Computer literacy and familiarity with diagnostic tools
Preferred
2-5 years of experience repairing heavy equipment OR completion of a formal technical training program
Agricultural experience
CDL Class B or higher
