This role supports project planning, field operations, and contract compliance while ensuring schedules, budgets, and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities
Support monthly billings, cash flow tracking, and change order processing
Review shop drawings, mock-ups, and contract specifications
Monitor subcontractor compliance and coordinate with QA/QC teams
Ensure completed work meets codes, drawings, and specifications
Identify critical work items, procure long-lead materials, and schedule deliveries
Assist in work plans, project scheduling, and document control
Support field operations and supervise subcontractor activities
Ensure adherence to OSHA, environmental, and safety regulations
Perform material quantity takeoffs and assist in purchase order/subcontract preparation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
10+ years of heavy civil construction experience, including projects >$100M
Experience preparing cost reports and tracking project budgets
Knowledge of legal, contract, and claims processes
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Procore, Primavera P6, or similar software
Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
