Part Time Centralized Dispatcher (PM)
Med One Group, a leader in the medical equipment finance industry, is seeking a self-motivated Centralized Dispatcher for their distribution warehouse in Hayward, CA. The role involves ensuring the effective functioning of the distribution facility, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various operational tasks.

Responsibilities
Strong social skills and ability to work as a team
Working in the front office answering/handling all incoming calls from multiple office locations and assisting customers as needed
Create pickup and delivery transaction in MOA with an emphasis on accuracy of information being entered
Ability to communicate over the phone, and via email to specific offices informing them of a delivery or pick-up that came in to ensure on time delivery
Assist sales reps with their various needs and requests
Assist in identifying product needs within other offices when out of stocks occur
Assist with cleaning and inventory tasks during periods of downtime
Have an ability to create relationships with our Customer and Reps
Must be able to navigate various computer programs
Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills
Able to follow oral and written directions
Proficient computer skills with emphasis on accuracy
Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail
Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate various software systems
Able to multi-task and handle multiple calls at the same time by placing calls on hold if necessary
Send out daily activity reports to management at end of every shift
Work on side projects assisting the operation when needed and providing different types of reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
