Responsibilities
Advises Registered Representatives regarding various aspects of the Brokerage & Advisory trading platforms
Enters orders for equities, mutual funds, options, and fixed income
Trouble shoots escalated issues and collaborates with field partners, other departments, and 3rd party business partners to work towards a resolution
Responsible for ad hoc projects relating to trade research, debit balance maintenance, and callouts to Registered Representatives and Field Agency Management
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree
2+ years of detailed product/Trading knowledge of mutual Funds, equities and options
2+ years of advanced knowledge of brokerage products, trade department policies and provisions, and state and federal laws
Series 7 and 63 required
Preferred
Series 24, 4, and 53 preferred
Working knowledge of the Company's brokerage systems
Competencies: communicates effectively, focuses on the customer, organizational skills, demonstrates technical and functional expertise, makes sound business decisions, keyboarding and data entry skills, detail oriented, and multi-task oriented
