Sales Engineer (Teradyne, Dallas, TX)
Teradyne is a global test and automation specialist, dedicated to powering next-generation technologies. They are seeking an Account Manager/Sales Engineer to manage and grow relationships with key semiconductor customers, aligning customer needs with Teradyne’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities
Lead customer engagement and advocacy while aligning with Teradyne’s objectives
Develop and implement strategic sales plans using advanced sales tools and processes
Collaborate with global customer teams and Teradyne’s worldwide sales organization
Build and maintain relationships across all levels of customer and internal teams
Support business growth by identifying opportunities and managing competitive sales processes
Partner with customers to align product roadmaps and forecast bookings
Qualification
Required
BSEE or equivalent work experience; MBA a plus
5+ years of industry experience, ideally with capital equipment in the semiconductor industry
2+ years of customer-facing experience
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
Highly empathetic to customer needs
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Experience managing global customer teams and working independently
Soft skill (individual): Empathy and strong communication
Soft skills (team): Leadership, mentorship, and collaboration across global teams
