Responsibilities
Lead and optimize Field Execution operations through comprehensive regional analysis, on-site evaluations, and actionable insights that drive performance improvements
Spearhead the development and management of Weekly Rolling Forecasts, including:
Designing and implementing scalable reporting frameworks
Creating efficient bridges for variable labor unit cost analysis
Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of weekly forecasting deliverables
Translate weekly data into clear, actionable insights for senior management
Collaborate strategically with regional directors to:
Optimize variable labor efficiency
Enhance under-the-roof (UTF) performance metrics
Develop and implement data-driven solutions for operational challenges
Provide evidence-based recommendations
Clear communication of insights to key stakeholders
Conduct regular site visits to:
Gather first-hand operational insights
Develop and present strategic solutions
Build strong relationships with regional teams and leadership
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes
Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
Preferred
4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
