IH Global USA Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to support our business development efforts in the American trade-show market. The role involves researching upcoming B2B trade shows, reaching out to exhibitors, pitching our booth design and construction services, and setting qualified appointments for the sales/project team.

Advertising Services

Responsibilities

Research and identify upcoming B2B trade shows and exhibitions across North America
Build and develop target call lists of exhibitors participating in upcoming events
Analyse industry-specific exhibitor data to identify potential prospects
Conduct outbound cold calls to exhibitors listed for upcoming trade shows
Identify decision-makers and introduce IH Global USA Inc. and its trade-show services
Assess exhibitor requirements related to booth design and construction
Present IH Global USA Inc. as a trade-show service provider
Explain services including custom booth design, wooden structure booths, and aluminium/modular booth solutions
Clearly articulate the value and benefits of the company’s design and execution capabilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date exhibitor and prospect data in Excel spreadsheets
Track call outcomes, lead status, follow-ups, and appointment details
Ensure proper documentation for each trade show and exhibitor contacted
Identify interested prospects and schedule meetings with the Project Head or Sales Team
Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads with complete client information

Required

Experience: 6 months to 1 year (Telemarketing / B2B / Trade Show Industry)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation and pitching skills, with the ability to explain services clearly and persuasively
Strong confidence in cold calling and outbound telemarketing
Ability to handle high volumes of rejection and remain motivated
Persuasive selling skills with the ability to communicate service benefits
Basic understanding of B2B sales processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-focused

Preferred

6 months to 1 year of experience in Telemarketing
6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B sales
6 months to 1 year of experience in Trade show, exhibition, advertising, or event services (preferred but not mandatory)
