Responsibilities

Implement and manage GRC frameworks aligned with NIST CSF, NIST AI RMF, ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 1/2, and Sarbanes-Oxley
Lead risk assessments, control evaluations, and compliance audits across business units
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure security and privacy requirements are embedded in business processes
Utilize tools such as OneTrust, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, SAP Ariba, and Office 365 to support GRC operations
Monitor regulatory changes and emerging risks, providing strategic guidance to leadership
Prepare and present reports on risk posture, compliance status, and mitigation strategies

Required

MUST HAVE OneTrust expertise - Client WILL NOT consider candidates without strong experience OneTrust experience
5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity GRC, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector
Deep understanding of security frameworks and regulatory requirements
Hands-on experience with GRC platforms and enterprise tools listed above
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills

Preferred

Relevant certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent
