Responsibilities
Manage all financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and change orders
Lead projects from kickoff through closeout, testing, commissioning, and client training
Coordinate handoff from estimating to engineering to operations and field teams
Develop material takeoffs, manage procurement, and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors
Create and maintain project schedules and documentation (Procore and related systems)
Partner with field leadership to set expectations, resolve issues, and enforce quality standards
Conduct site walks, punch lists, post-project reviews, and client meetings
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and contract requirements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of project management experience in low-voltage or public works construction
Strong knowledge of low-voltage systems, codes, and installation standards
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Construction Management preferred)
