Responsibilities
Provide a high level of timely & accurate customer service
Communicates effectively with the client to determine what services are needed
Respond to general inquiries from customers/clients
Receive verbal instructions from Management or Clients/Customers
Perform small projects as directed by Management
Complete and submit paperwork accurately and on time
Qualification
Required
Must have a clear and valid driver's license
Mechanically minded and IT-savvy
Ability to communicate at a high level with customers and management
Ability to convey services in writing for both service calls and estimates into report form for invoicing
Great work ethic
Desire to continually expand knowledge base in the field
Preferred
2 years prior Security Solutions and/or Locksmith experience preferred
