Responsibilities

Serve as the primary POC for health and home executives, provide a dedicated bridge between product leadership and global Government Affairs to align on high-priority issues
Partner with product leadership to review development and deployment plans and collaborate with GAPP and Global Affairs teams (including Legal and Regulatory Affairs) to strategically enable core business objectives and mitigate organizational risk
Advise product and engineering teams through a public policy lens, coordinate closely with regional GAPP teams
Organize, manage, and communicate about critical plans and initiatives, demonstrate the discipline to manage competing projects with tight deadlines
Manage external consultants and third-party advisors for health and home-related initiatives to support team objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience working on public policy issues within political campaigns, government, think tanks, industry associations, consulting, or corporate government affairs
Experience with Health, or Healthcare policy

Preferred

Advanced degree in policy, law, or health sciences, or equivalent practical experience
Experience developing and executing strategies and working with various groups of internal and external stakeholders to manage projects
Excellent personal, investigative, communication, and attention to detail skills
