Financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making
Capacity planning, staffing, and supporting complex enterprise deployments
Payroll, compensation, contracts, and people operations
Fundraising materials, investor reporting, and board prep
International operations including visas, insurance, taxation, and entity admin
Building efficient processes and automations as we scale
Qualification
Required
Experience running operations and finance at an early-stage startup
High mathematical aptitude and strong financial modeling skills
Extreme discipline, ownership, and clear communication
Ability to operate independently in a fast-changing environment
Someone excited to work closely with engineers and spend time in real industrial settings
