Responsibilities
Build financial models to evaluate business initiatives, procurement strategies and cost savings opportunities
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement and provide insights into management for decision-making
Assist in creating budgets and forecasts to support financial planning
Track procurement spend to ensure alignment with budget and cost-control goals
Respond to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data
Partner with operations and supply chain to forecast purchasing needs and manage inventory costs
Compile and submit all necessary reporting to the CEO and CFO
Support pricing analysis and margin improvement initiatives
Review all credit card charges and record statement entries into the ERP system
Support with processing and sending invoices for customer orders as well as recording banking and journal entries in the ERP system
Other accounting duties as necessary
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business is required
5 plus years' experience in financial or accounting role
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
Advanced experience working in MS Excel required
Self-starter w/ excellent analytical and organizational skills
Must be detailed oriented
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Preferred
Experience w/ Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus
