Prepare individual federal and state tax returns (Form 1040) accurately and efficiently
Review W-2s, 1099s, Schedule C, deductions, and credits
Ensure full compliance with IRS and state tax regulations
Explain tax results clearly and professionally to clients
Deliver exceptional customer service in English and Spanish
Work remotely while following firm security and compliance standards
Maintain strict confidentiality of client information
Qualification
Required
Prior experience preparing individual tax returns (1040)
Active PTIN (required)
Bilingual – English & Spanish
Reliable internet and private workspace
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable using tax preparation software and technology
