Regular client contact and involvement in strategy, not just execution
Qualification
Required
4–7 years of commercial real estate experience at a large law firm or sophisticated boutique
T15 law school graduate
GPA of 3.5 or higher
Preferred
Experience advising REITs, developers, institutional investors, or luxury brands
Background in a highly technical, deal-driven real estate practice
