This role will focus primarily on workstation refreshes, new system deployments, and end-user support as part of a major system upgrade effort.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Deploy and configure new desktop and laptop systems
Refresh existing workstations to align with updated system requirements
Install hardware, software, and peripheral devices
Assist with single sign-on badge deployment and system imaging
Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
Provide professional, customer-focused support to end users
Lift and transport equipment as required for deployments
Work collaboratively with other technicians and project leads
Qualification
Required
Basic desktop support experience (hardware and software installation)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Willingness to work onsite and travel to nearby locations
Ability to lift equipment as needed
Preferred
Troubleshooting and system imaging experience
Familiarity with SCCM
Experience training or assisting end users with new systems
