Qualification
Required
Understanding of end-to-end contact centre functionalities
Good communication skills with ability to independently lead large scale discovery sessions with challenging and difficult stakeholders

Overall 15 years & 12+ years of experience with 6+ years in Banking experience
Extremely good BI/DW resource with hands on experience in ETL design and development
Hands on Experience in SSIS, TSQL
Exposure to data warehouse projects or similar data projects
An excellent applied understanding of SCRUM and Agile project methodology
Relevant work experience with a track record of successful project management in a technical environment
Awareness of the issues associated with a shared service environment
Strong project management approach with broad experience in design, development and deployment of infrastructure technology solutions in an educational technology and business systems environment
Skillset: SSIS/ ETL/ DW/ Data integration/ SQL Server/ Design/ Analysis/ other ETL tools like Informatica and Data Stage
Candidate should have strong experience in data analysis, Design activity using SSIS / any other ETL tools on MS SQLSERVER Database
Data migration and integration exp
Strong in SQL queries
End to end software development experience
Experience with Unit Testing, Integration Testing and Release Planning
Experience with handling releases and helping with release management
should have strong analytical skills and understand business requirements
Good communication skills
Preferred
Exposure to Twilio IVR and Insights reporting will be a bonus
Nice to have: other ETL tools such as Informatica, Snowflake, Data Stage, Dscovery Hub
Experience in Banking / Financial domain
