Outside Sales Representative payment processing
MakeGood is a Cleveland-based SaaS platform that automates accounts receivable with integrated payment processing. The role involves heavy outbound prospecting and selling MakeGood’s payment processing services to merchants across the U.S.

Responsibilities
Aggressive outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals) targeting high-invoice-volume businesses
Qualify on current processor pain points and demo ROI
Run full sales cycle: discovery → proposal → negotiation → close → merchant onboarding
Consistently hit monthly/quarterly quotas (new merchants, processing volume, revenue)
Build and manage pipeline in CRM
Attend virtual trade shows and partner webinars
Qualification
Required
3+ years outside/field sales experience in payment processing, merchant services, or fintech
Proven hunter with consistent quota attainment
Deep knowledge of credit card/ACH processing, interchange, compliance, and SMB pain points
Excellent virtual demo and consultative selling skills
Self-disciplined for fully remote work
CRM proficiency (Apollo)
Preferred
Existing book of merchant relationships or resale channels
Track record of high-volume merchant acquisition
Experience selling QuickBooks-integrated or invoicing-embedded payments
