Responsibilities
Greet and assist members and guests with a positive attitude
Manage member check-ins and provide information about gym facilities and services
Address and resolve member inquiries and concerns promptly
Promote membership sales and special promotions to potential members
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area
Assist in scheduling fitness classes and personal training sessions
Collaborate with team members to create a positive gym experience
Monitor facility usage and ensure compliance with safety protocols
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fitness environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible schedule with availability during mid-morning hours
Positive attitude and a passion for helping others
Proficiency in computer systems and point-of-sale software
Preferred
Basic knowledge of fitness and wellness concepts is preferred
