Responsibilities
Lead all field operations for shell and structural concrete scopes
Manage foundations, slabs, columns, walls, decks, and structural concrete systems
Coordinate closely with Project Managers, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and inspectors
Maintain aggressive schedules while managing multiple trades and milestones
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and project specifications
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience as a Superintendent overseeing shell and structural concrete work
Strong knowledge of forming systems, rebar installation, concrete pours, finishing, and shell sequencing
Highly organized, decisive, and confident leading crews in fast-paced environments
Preferred
OSHA certification
Experience with new concrete pours, structural shells, paving, masonry, and concrete repairs
