Strong skills in Strategic Planning and Project Management to implement and monitor long-term initiatives and ensure successful project execution
Proficiency in Customer Service to maintain high client satisfaction and foster positive partner relationships
Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
Preferred
Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
Experience in managing remote teams and familiarity with operational tools/software is a plus
