Responsibilities
Focus exclusively on commercial bankruptcy and creditors’ rights
Represent secured and unsecured creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 matters
Lead and mentor junior attorneys on complex cases
Handle workouts, restructurings, judgment enforcement, and related litigation
Work closely with clients to develop strategic, creative solutions
High level of autonomy with direct client contact
Qualification
Required
Active California Bar admission
5+ years of experience in commercial bankruptcy and creditors' rights
Significant experience with creditors' committee work
Significant experience with complex commercial bankruptcies
Significant experience with workouts, restructures, and enforcement matters
Strong technical skills and sound judgment in high-stakes matters
Preferred
Leadership or mentoring experience
Portable book of business in creditors' rights
Interest in long-term growth and potential partnership
