3+ years expOcean Network Express North America is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the analysis, design, and documentation throughout the solution implementation lifecycle. The role involves collaborating with regional and global teams, documenting business requirements, and coordinating user acceptance testing, while ensuring that technology solutions meet business needs and quality standards.

Responsibilities
Analyze, document, and maintain detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps for new and existing technology solutions
Support the design and development teams by acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical resources, ensuring solutions meet business needs and quality standards
Direct participation in ongoing improvement initiatives by coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), documenting test cases, and managing system change requests
Assist in the management and execution of ad-hoc projects, including reporting on project status and coordinating tasks
Maintain and promote initiatives according to the organization’s direction, assist in monitoring and guiding the RPA program through process documentation and analysis
Coordinate and promote cross-region discussions for process standardization and documentation of new solutions

Qualification
Required
Proven experience in business or systems analysis, with a focus on documenting and improving business processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate data, define issues, and propose logical solutions
Exceptional ability to execute tasks and provide support to the team under pressure
Very strong communication and collaborative skills. Must be able to communicate and interact effectively with individuals across departments and across all levels, from staff to senior management
Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, as well as presentation skills
Experience with business requirements gathering, process mapping (AS-IS and TO-BE), and use case development
A minimum of 3 years of Business or Systems Analyst experience, or similar
1+ years experience supporting project management activities (e.g., scheduling, reporting, documentation)
Experience working within a structured software development or technology deployment lifecycle
Preferred
Familiarity with UIPath RPA or similar automation platforms
Familiarity with Google's G-suite and collaboration tools
Familiarity with systems integration concepts, data flow mapping, and APIs
Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks and concepts
Experience in a global and/or enterprise organization of 1000+ people, or global transportation/logistics
