Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional client experience
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and market research skills to identify client needs and tailor insurance solutions
Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships
Proven experience in lead generation and business development to meet sales targets
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required
Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in the insurance industry
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Bilingual or multilingual candidates are strongly preferred: Spanish–English and/or Vietnamese–English. Additional languages are a strong plus
