Responsibilities

Collaborate with partner teams to develop strategies to align and manage CFE/sustainability goals and regulatory requirements
Mange relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders across Microsoft and externally to meet customer and partner team needs for carbon-free energy disclosure
Develop and manage analyses and content related to the CFE portfolio including informational resources, methodologies, and performance metrics
Lead the development of Microsoft's sustainability report content on carbon-free energy, announcements, and blog posts
Collaborate across the business to develop innovative strategies to meet Microsoft’s ambitious sustainability and carbon reduction goals

Required

Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 3+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles OR Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 4+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role

Preferred

Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 6+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles OR Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 8+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles OR equivalent experience
