Account Executive (Healthcare SaaS) – $120k–$150k OTE
CareCaller AI helps small to mid-sized clinics automate patient care between appointments so teams can scale without adding staff. The Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, selling the product to clinic owners and operators across the U.S., while managing a pipeline of accounts and achieving sales targets.

Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close
Sell CareCaller AI to clinic owners and operators across the U.S
Run product demos and lead sales conversations
Build and manage a pipeline of SMB clinic accounts
Consistently hit monthly and quarterly ARR targets
Share customer feedback to improve product and messaging
Help shape early sales playbooks and processes
Qualification
Required
2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
Comfortable running demos and closing deals independently
Strong communication skills with non-technical buyers
Self-starter who thrives in early-stage, fast-moving environments
Based in the U.S. and authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Experience selling to SMBs or healthcare customers is a plus
