Sales Coordinator (Hybrid)
John Mini Distinctive Landscapes, in partnership with iHire, is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join their team. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, supporting marketing initiatives, and connecting with potential clients to fuel the company's growth.

Responsibilities
Connect with potential clients through phone calls, emails, video conferences, mailers, and in-person meetings to promote our brand and set appointments
Track and promote our internal employee lead program to grow qualified leads
Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and appointment goals
Coordinate internal project meetings and ensure timely follow-up on all business opportunities
Provide support to marketing efforts with campaigns, content, and client communications
Attend regular internal marketing team meetings to develop a strong marketing strategy that speaks to our clients
Create and post compelling content across our social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram and more
Qualification
Required
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable balancing client outreach with internal coordination
Self-motivated with a drive to hit and exceed goals
Preferred
Previous experience in business development, sales support, or client relations is a plus
