8+ years expSTAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an experienced Cloud Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to design, implement, and govern scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership and guide application and infrastructure teams through cloud adoption and modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities
Design and architect multi-cloud solutions using Azure and AWS
Define cloud architecture standards, best practices, and governance models
Lead cloud migration, modernization, and cloud-native transformation initiatives
Design highly available, fault-tolerant, and secure architectures
Implement networking, identity, security, and compliance solutions
Work closely with DevOps, Security, and Application teams
Create architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical roadmaps
Evaluate cloud services and recommend cost-optimized solutions
Ensure cloud environments meet performance, security, and compliance requirements
Qualification
Required
8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in cloud architecture
Strong hands-on experience with Azure and AWS services
Expertise in cloud networking (VNET/VPC, VPN, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect)
Strong knowledge of IAM, security, and encryption in Azure and AWS
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep, CloudFormation)
Experience designing HA/DR, backup, and disaster recovery strategies
Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, AKS, EKS)
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Azure and AWS certifications (AZ-305, AZ-104, AWS Solutions Architect – Professional)
Experience with FinTech, Banking, or regulated industries
Knowledge of DevSecOps and Zero Trust architecture
Experience with data platforms (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, RDS, DynamoDB)
Experience with cost optimization and FinOps
