Senior Administrative Assistant
Cresta Exploration is a growing energy company based in Fort Worth, Texas. The Senior Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the daily work activities for the President by assisting with clerical and project support, facilities management, document management, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
Maintain the calendar, meeting schedule, and contacts of the President
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Maintain internal records of the Company
Prepare correspondence, contracts, presentations, and other file-related documents
Support the preparation of PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, and reports
Help with project oversight
Assist with general office inquiries and provide proactive escalation as appropriate
Organize and provide assistance during meetings as requested; record, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of professional experience in a high-growth or complex organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft suite of applications, collaborative meeting platforms, and general office equipment
Excellent organizational skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Four (4) to six (6) years of related experience or training
Preferred
Texas Oil & Gas experience
