Business Development Manager
Round-Peg Solutions (RPS) is an award-winning aerospace engineering company seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the aerospace sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to develop technical solutions.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities with Tier 1 aerospace suppliers and subsystem integrators
Manage front-end proposals, coordinating with engineering, program, and finance teams
Expand the company’s presence in the aerospace market by leveraging existing product lines and identifying new applications for fluid systems components
Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical solutions and cost proposals for new business opportunities
Qualification
Required
Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace)
Proven experience with fluid control systems, specifically valves, in aerospace applications
Minimum 4–5 years of customer-facing engineering or business development experience
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical value to customers
Demonstrated ability to generate new business and manage multiple stakeholders
