Responsibilities
Define and lead social media growth strategies for multiple clients
Build content pillars, formats, and positioning frameworks
Design funnels from content to leads to conversions
Analyze performance and optimize growth tactics
Brief and guide the execution team (creators, editors, community managers)
Work closely with the founder on client strategy and growth plans
Qualification
Required
Proven experience growing social media accounts for brands or clients
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Strategic, analytical, and performance-driven mindset
Must be based in Miami
Hybrid role with remote and in-office days
Must provide live growth examples or case studies
Preferred
Bonus: bilingual in English and Spanish
