Responsibilities
Meet clients in their homes to understand their needs, style preferences, and storage challenges
Design custom closets and other organizational solutions
Present design concepts, layouts, finish options, and pricing to clients in a clear, professional manner
Prepare accurate measurements, quotes, and proposals
Maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up
Qualification
Required
No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed
We are looking for coachable candidates
Growth mindset with willingness to complete paid sales training
Reliable access to motor vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance
