Sub-Region Cost Lead - AMERs Lease Fitout

Responsibilities
Partner collaboratively with cross-functional teams (design engineering, construction, cost controls functions, scheduling, finance, etc.) to understand requirements and ensure alignment to scope, schedule, and budget
Develop and maintain cost accrual and forecast reports for the lease fit-out portfolio in region
Report out to senior managers on cost report data, project cost progress and assumptions to ensure a clear and concise message is sent and understood
Provide day-to-day Cost Management activities, as required, to maintain the projects financial reporting and logging systems i.e. a good understanding of commitments & forecasting spends for monthly, quarterly & the fiscal year
Support, develop and improve cost management and estimating processes and procedures
Drive standardization and consistency throughout the group
Management of all commercial issues on all current, future, and past projects and report on these issues through the Project Controls & Construction Management head office in Redmond on a regular basis
Commercial management of the lease provider (LP) from liaison with our procurement office on the RFP documents through to the final payments and agreement of the final accounts and paperwork
Provide the PER (funding) team all commercial support necessary to ascertain the required timing of the funding intervals and all commercial information needed to back up these funding requests to management. This will normally involve the production of multiple option cost scenarios
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years related experience
OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years related experience
OR equivalent experience
12+ years experience working on data center projects
