Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Data Conversion / Data Migration
Strong experience with legacy-to-modern system conversions
Hands-on expertise in Oracle, SQL Server, ERwin Data Modeler
Experience with ETL processes, data validation, and reconciliation
Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and quality controls
Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
Preferred
Prior government / tax / revenue system experience preferred
