Responsibilities
Provide technical customer support and manage customer-facing engineering projects
Lead technical discussions between customers and internal R&D teams
Translate customer requirements into product concepts and technical solutions
Coordinate technical documentation and manage engineering changes / modifications
Support project launches from acquisition phase through SOP
Oversee prototype reviews and ensure delivery aligned with project timelines
Track validation progress, robustness, and key project KPIs
Maintain and update APQP deliverables and quality documentation
Support Sales with technical inputs for new business acquisition
Deliver customer technical training sessions as required
Share market feedback and customer insights with R&D and Marketing teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering (or related field)
3+ years experience in application engineering / project engineering (automotive electronics)
Experience with EV-related systems such as BMS, ECU, HV components, or power electronics
Strong understanding of electric vehicle architecture and customer project execution
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Mandarin language skills are a plus
